The product seems fine so far, but getting help with the installation was kind of a hassle. I had to message a few times before I got an answer that actually made sense, and when they did reply, it felt rushed. I ended up figuring out some of it on my own, which that part was weird after paying for the product. Not terrible overall, but I definitely expected better support.

I ordered a part because the site made it sound like shipping would be quick, but it definitely didn’t feel that way. My order seemed to just sit there for a while with almost no updates, which was frustrating and made me wonder if anyone was keeping an eye on it.
I ended up having to message them myself just to find out what was going on. It did eventually arrive, but by that point I didn’t even need it anymore. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if I was in any kind of hurry

I ordered this part for my truck and the fitment info was close, but it wasn’t exactly spot on. I had to tweak it a little to get everything lined up. At first I was kind of annoyed—actually, really annoyed for a minute, but once I got it on, it wasn’t the end of the world. Still, I do wish the listing had been a bit more accurate. Shipping was totally fine though

I returned my order and I’m still waiting on the refund. It’s been taking much longer than expected, once they had my payment, it started to feel like I couldn’t really trust the process. I just want my money back without having to keep chasing it...

I was trying to quickly look something up and get on with my day, but this site made that way harder than it needed to be. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and the pages were loading so slowly that I ended up wasting a bunch of time. Kind of frustrating because it threw off what I had planned.

I checked out Trucktok.com while looking for a few truck parts and accessories, and overall it was alright. They do have a decent mix of stuff, and I was able to find some of what I needed without too much hassle. The site was easy to browse too, so maybe I’m not being too picky here?
That said, the selection felt a little limited in a few spots. There were some brands and fitment options I thought would be there, but I ended up having to look at other sites too. It’s not a bad place to shop or anything, I just feel like it could be better, especially if you’re looking for something more specific...

It was okay overall, but my quick gut check was that the prices didn’t really match what I was getting. I usually do that simple “would I pay this again?” test, i’m not sure I would. I was expecting a better deal for the money.

I tried reaching out to customer service and never heard back. Maybe I caught them at a busy time, and to be fair I wasn’t able to sit around waiting all day, but I still expected some kind of reply. Frustrating overall.

I ordered a part from trucktok.com and, while I was hoping it would be a good fit, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The item looked a little nicer in the photos than it did in person, and the material felt somewhat lighter than I expected.
After using it for a short while, I started noticing some wear, and the fit wasn’t as clean as I had hoped. It’s possible I just got one that wasn’t the best, but based on my experience, I’d probably look elsewhere next time.

So the box arrived looking beat up, like ripped in spots and kind of crushed, and I don’t know, it just gave the impression that it hadn’t been packed with much care. Maybe it happened during shipping, but still, opening the door and seeing it like that was not exactly a great first impression
